One of the most striking things about being involved in CDN’s Erasmus+ project has been the enthusiasm and passion of both staff and students when they speak about their Erasmus+ experience. It’s great to hear the satisfaction and pleasure staff get from seeing their students develop and change. If you don’t believe us, take a couple of minutes and watch the videos we filmed of staff and students talking about their two week and longer Erasmus+ experiences. We didn’t select the contributors, we didn’t edit out any negative comments, we just let them talk. We think you’ll be convinced that offering an Erasmus+ experience is something all colleges would benefit from. What college wouldn’t want motivated staff with new skills and knowledge, as well as an international network. As for students – every college wants highly motivated, confident students that stay on course, have well-developed essential skills, international contacts and a greater chance of employment.
Have a look and judge for yourself…
Many thanks to the staff and students of West Lothian College and Perth College UHI who allowed us to film them.
